George Kaplan is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Choice Sports Holdings, where he leads strategy, partnerships, operations and growth across the organization, including Choice Made Travel. He is designing the Choice portfolio to provide more responsive, human service across sports, hospitality and athlete engagement, based on the lived experience that the best businesses should feel personal, proactive and genuinely accountable to the people they support. His work centers on assembling the systems and structures that deliver elite client satisfaction, combining big-picture vision with hands-on execution at the highest level.
Prior to founding Choice, George led marketing at a cult entertainment brand called Superplastic. He also spent six years at The SpringHill Company, where he initially worked in its marketing consultancy serving brands including Beats by Dre, Epic Games, Coca-Cola, Diageo and Uber, and later became the founding Director of the SpringHill lifestyle brand. His perspective is shaped by the rare vantage point of working directly with brands, agencies and celebrities themselves — offering an advanced understanding of what every stakeholder needs and how to structure partnerships where everyone at the table leaves successful.

Sarah Woller brings a rare combination of hospitality expertise and analytical precision to Choice Made Travel. She spent six years as Director of Sales and Marketing with Marriott and InterContinental Hotels Group, helping open two Marriott properties and building strong partnerships from the ground up. Later she expanded her expertise in sports and event housing with SiteSearch, working closely with rights holders, tournament directors and venue partners nationwide. She studied Biology at Bellarmine University and contributed to the AmbT‑1314 Ragweed male flower and pollen cDNA library, honing her research, problem-solving and attention to detail.
Today Sarah applies this unique background to deliver seamless, profitable and relationship-focused event housing solutions that support Choice Made Travel’s mission of intentional partnerships and elevated client experiences

Hope brings 27 years of experience in hospitality and holds a degree in Marketing Management. By focusing on quality control, she streamlines operations to consistently deliver outstanding service. Having worked across all facets of event housing, she understands the unique challenges of coordinating large-scale events and is committed to making the off-fi eld experience as seamless, enjoyable and memorable as the on-fi eld performance. Throughout her career, Hope has built a reputation for combining strategic insight with hands-on expertise, guiding teams and clients alike with clarity, consistency and care. She believes that even small acts of kindness can create a ripple of positive impact and she strives to make every interaction meaningful. Her passion for hospitality and customer service has never wavered and she takes pride in turning complex logistics into effortless experiences.
